Return Policy |

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items for a
refund. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking charge depending on
the condition of the returned goods. We will only accept returns for up to 20 days after the order has shipped. Merchandise shipped in error will be
allowed full credit upon return, otherwise shipping and handling charges are not
refundable.
Sundowner Trailers of Texas is not liable for damage or loss of merchandise once
it has left our parts department. Purchaser is solely responsible for filing
claims against the carrier for any loss or damage upon receipt of the
merchandise. We will make a reasonable attempt to assist you in securing an
adjustment for any loss or damage, providing you have filed with the carrier.
Claims for shortages in shipments must be made within 7 days of receipt of
goods. |
